At the beginning of 2021, new EU standards for the safety of online payments became valid. Therefore, NLB and Mastercard joined forces and presented innovative tools and technology that are compliant with new directives and are enabling secure and easy online payments. We designed a multi-channel digital campaign, which primary purpose was to inform users about new security mechanisms for the protection of online payments and presenting a new product – payment platform NLB E-commerce. The focus of the campaign was biometric authentication and Mastercard ID Check technology, connected with promise of zero liability.
